Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 67bbd

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the 67bbd Platform in any way — including browsing without registration, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 67bbd. They are supplemented by the following additional policies, each of which forms an integral part of your agreement with us:

• Privacy Policy — governing the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data.
• Responsible Gaming Policy — setting out the tools, resources, and obligations relating to safe and responsible play.
• Bonus Terms — the specific wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and time limits applicable to each individual promotion.
• Game Rules — the individual rules applicable to each casino game or sports betting market available on the Platform.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any other policy document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the specific policy document expressly states otherwise in relation to a particular subject matter.

67bbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date, and — where we hold your contact details — by sending a notification to your registered email address. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

The 67bbd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the life of your Account.

67bbd takes its age-verification obligations seriously. We may, at any time and without prior notice, request documentary proof of your age before processing deposits, withdrawals, or bonus activations. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a competent Bangladeshi or international authority.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a registered Player may be under the age of 18, we will:

• Suspend the Account immediately pending verification.
• Withhold all funds in the Account pending the outcome of our investigation.
• If underage gambling is confirmed, permanently close the Account and return deposited funds (net of any winnings generated) to the original payment source.
• Report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required by applicable law or regulation.

In addition to the age requirement, Players must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether initiated through 67bbd or through a third-party responsible gaming scheme — at the time of registration or at any point during active play. Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law are not eligible to register.

To access the full range of 67bbd services — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must create a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the 67bbd Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, 67bbd will:

• Merge or close the duplicate Account(s) at its sole discretion.
• Forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings held in the duplicate Account(s).
• Apply a restriction or permanent ban to all Accounts associated with the individual, depending on the severity and intent of the violation.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — particularly your contact number, email address, or payment method — you must update your Account profile promptly. 67bbd accepts no liability for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated contact information.

Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal and confidential. You must not share them with any other person. 67bbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any request for your password purportedly from 67bbd should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the 67bbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 67bbd does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees to Player balances — the amount deposited in ৳ is the amount credited to your wallet, and the amount requested on withdrawal is the amount disbursed to your nominated payment method, subject to the conditions set out below.

Deposits: 67bbd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though 67bbd may apply transaction monitoring thresholds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Mobile banking deposits are typically credited to the Player's wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers may take 15 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's real-money balance. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practice.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for all payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one to two business days following completion of the finance team review. Mobile banking withdrawals back to bKash or Nagad are typically completed faster once the review is approved.
• 67bbd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

Transaction Monitoring: All deposits and withdrawals are subject to automated and manual monitoring for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. 67bbd will report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate source may be held pending investigation, and the associated Account may be temporarily restricted while the review is conducted.

67bbd offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, which apply unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as recurring. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple Accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or shared payment methods — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential Account suspension.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (e.g., Baccarat, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.
• Minimum Odds: For sports betting bonuses, bets must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward the wagering requirement.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses not fully wagered within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the Player's balance automatically, along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Certain promotions impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from Bonus Funds. This cap is stated in the individual promotion terms and will be enforced at the point of withdrawal.
• Bonus Forfeiture: If a Player requests withdrawal of their real-money balance before completing the applicable wagering requirement, any outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Seasonal Promotions: 67bbd may offer limited-time promotions tied to cultural or sporting events relevant to Bangladesh, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

67bbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, Players who have already opted in will be given a reasonable period to complete existing wagering requirements unless fraud, abuse, or technical error has been identified in connection with the promotion.

By using the 67bbd Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, and general principles of fair and responsible gaming. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

67bbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request to do so.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity in connection with the Account.
• Confirmed underage gambling — the Account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The Account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months or more (Inactive Account policy — see below).
• At the request of the Account holder, in accordance with a self-exclusion or account closure request submitted via the Account dashboard or to [email protected].

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.

Inactive Account Policy: If your Account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, 67bbd will notify you by email that your Account is subject to the inactivity policy. Following notification, if no activity is recorded within a further 30 days, an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from your balance, subject to applicable law. The Account will be closed once the balance reaches zero or upon your written request. If you wish to reactivate your Account, please contact [email protected].

Effect of Closure: Upon Account closure, your right to access the Platform terminates immediately. Pending bet settlements at the time of closure will be resolved and any resulting winnings (if applicable) credited before the final balance is returned. Forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings applies in cases of closure resulting from breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: 67bbd provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 67bbd's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property: All content on the 67bbd Platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software, and interface design — is the property of 67bbd or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 67bbd.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and Game Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and 67bbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
